It can be a few days. It can be many years. The difference lies between two factors: (i) whether you have a good learning material. (ii) how much time and effort you spent on learning. For (i), a good learning material I would suggest is Angela Yu 's Complete 2020 Web Development Bootcamp on Udemy. https://www.udemy.com/course/the-complete-web-development-bootcamp/ For (ii), I suggest you to review these two reading materials link in these two posts, which explains quite well: https://www.sololearn.com/post/90595/?ref=app https://www.sololearn.com/post/222356/?ref=app Good luck with your learning. Lastly, to exercise moderator duty, a warning to you about misuse of SoloLearn Q&A forum: This Q&A forum is for specific programming questions or questions related to SoloLearn (platform, usage and so on) https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/1316935/?ref=app You shouldn't ask opinion-based question here.

I hate making long term plans. They are usually far different from reality. There are many factors that determine how long it takes. So instead of thinking about how many years it takes, why don't you just concentrate on the journey? List out what you want to learn this month or year and pursue that. Make a new resolution next month or year. Short term goals are easier to achieve and are more helpful in the real world.
