With a simple google search I found: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anders_Hejlsberg Same question in sololearn q&a: https://www.sololearn.com/Discuss/769775/who-developed-the-c-language Anders Hejlsberg is the name you search. Correct me if I am wrong. Please search for same questions. Also, for this type of questions better search first the sololearn community and then search the web. We are here to help each other. We try to show you that searching ability is very important.
I don't know why people ask such type of silli questions here even you can easily find on Google. And also why people don't read this thread. https://www.sololearn.com/discuss/1316935/?ref=app
Mia Mas There is nothing much to help him and also Interviewer is never going to ask what is the full name of this or that person.
If you had made little effort to search the net "who created C#" you would have already got the answer. Come on man use net for trivial queries like this ! And use appropriate tags instead of something like ';'
Being an old fossil I remember when software came with a stack of manuals. You would settle down in an armchair, or prop yourself up in bed, and read them to gain information. This was in the days before tablets when trying to read a monitor in bed would have been potentially lethal. Then came broadband internet, mobile phones, and tablets. So nobody bothered to remember things. Ask someone a question and they go straight for their phone or keyboard. Knowledge became a commodity to be consumed, not valued and stored. Now it appears that some people can't even be bothered to read through search results. They just go on some forum and ask a question. Then let someone who already has the knowledge, or who can use a search engine, spoon feed the information to them. Man I'm turning into a grumpy old curmudgeon. The youth of today etc. etc. etc.
Mia Mas He should learn to search the net for trivial queries like this. You want to be software developer and don't want to spend a few seconds trying to find answers on your own, that's laziness.
Thanks very much my dear blackwinter , you've showed a great difference here today.
People who knows the answers and still post questions are sick enough to waste their time as well as others. It simply mean they neither value their time nor that of others.

Wait a minute, seriously if someone asked a question, does it mean now that he/she do not know the answer to it. You've just proven to me that your thinking ability is limited.
Please do not assume or jump into conclusion for people, allow the individual to do so... I guess SoloLearn was created in order for people to learn and share ideas. Don't be too self centered or act like "mister know it all" #Martin Taylor and #~Swim~
Come on man, he asked a question, if you cannot help then just forget it.
