All the required modules come with the django framework itself so you need not install anything apart from that as a beginner.
You must understand the Model View Template architecture in order to begin your journey smoothly. Also learning the complete Python language is not necessary. It generally deals with imports, functions and mostly OOP. Some basic knowledge in writing queries will be helpful.
