Good Computer Science College

Question

Was wondering a good college that you could learn Computer Programming at.
My Thoughts were:
1) MIT
2) Stanford
3) Harvard

Stanford CS very famous.
CS update so fast, college's pace maybe slow, many online course can study and nano degree can obtain.
