I can code in HTML in good way but i need language to code in so please tell me.

You can use JavaScript or PHP to have working web code. But if you just want to learn programming language, I suggest you to learn Python or Java. And then move on other languages

You can start with C or Python these are easy for beginner. But every language have own beauty own way to work.
So it will be depends on you.

If you already know HTML if would be great to learn JavaScript, beause this 2 work together for making websites, so they complement each other. It would be good to learn CSS, too. It is not a programming language, but it helps your HTML code to look pretty :).
