What is the difference between

And

a href="home.html">Home</a>

I'm following different tutorials and they use different. Thanks

This is called reference hyperlink. When you click on that link then it will go to reference tag which is referred by id.

Ah ok i remember now! The #are for links in the same page but the .html extensions are for other pages. Thank u so much
