First of all, the word "sql sheet" is no practical word, I've personally never heard anyone ever said anything like it. You may confused it with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel Spreadsheets!?!?
I'm assuming you wanna try something with a database using python or you wanna do some query outside of your python code, but still want to see the direct effect on your python code.
Either way I highly recommend going through the following tutorial

It uses MySQL which is a very popular SQL dialect and DBMS.
If you wanna use a specific type of DBMS, say SQL Server, just google "how to connect Python to SQL Server"
