Is It Possible to make LAN connection on a website??
is it posibble to make lan apps on website like simple chatting apps that connect two users with the same internet provider without using node,js?? ive been looking for answer to thi question for so long in the internet, but doesnt get a clear answer yet

Web client to web server communication is via HTTP. This works over tcp/ip. The internet encompasses larger networks than LANs. Applications like SL messenger or facebook messager etc would be required for that.

Most ISPs and their firewalls won't allow chat application communication over custom ports, so I guess not.
