If you take interest in it then all languages are very easy. Otherwise they are just wierd words that are written on screen

If you know any other language (programming) beforehand than it will be a lot easier that learning it first as your base will be stron already

If it is your first language then also you will be able to learn it easily if you keep dedication and interst alive from the starting

Your mentality is different from mine, and also different from other people's right? So to me it may be hard to work with but to you it may not be hard, so, if you take your time and actually learn it, you will be able to really come up with the conclusion you want; whether its "hard" or "easy"

C++ is hard and difficult to learn if logica thinking is not your thing. Most people are motivated to learn there is a (small step) goal to achieve. In gaat case thee even start to like and find or way more easy to learn.
