Different between HTML, CSS and JavaScript?

I am currently learning the HTML language. But some of myfriend said that CSS and Javascript may perform better. So, I would like to ask about what is the different between them? And, what is the bootstrap framework and its relationship with CSS? If I want to continue learning then bootstrap framework, which language is the most suitable? Thank you for being patient and solving my questions

HTML is the structure of the webpage - the headers, articles, etc. CSS styles the HTML and positions the elements more precisely. JavaScript interacts with both HTML and CSS, so a user can interact with the page. All three of them are parts of a whole to make webpages.
