A large portion of frameworks fall into these categories… I would say: DJango/Flask for Web Tkinter/Kivy for GUI not sure for 3d. Maybe PyOpenGL I would probably pick among those

Other than what Jax suggested, for GUI I think PyQt5 is the best one. And for 3d games, you can try panda3d, I only used it once a long time ago so I don't know how good it is.

Mirielle🐶 [Inactive] the way I read it, he’s asking for 3 different frameworks, each for something seperate. Maybe that’s not what he was asking, but that’s the way I took it. The question doesn’t provide enough detail to really tell

Just so you know that all the above listed frameworks can't solve your problem for games Django and flask has nothing to do with web game development. tkinter and kivy has nothing to do with web at all. The only skill you need for web game development is HTML5 canvas and Some javascript frameworks. Tkinter could be used for GUI but it's not a framework

Jax you understood right.

Jax my reply is an extension to your previous reply so the OP won't take your first option for gaming cos it seems like. So i made it known by using the 'HTML5" word
