What code is best to create a mobile app ?

The are actually just three languages. Swift for iOS, Java and Kotlin for Android.

You can check Android Studio in YouTube and see if you like it.

Actually I forgot one very important thing. Xamarin is also quite nice. It allows you to create cross-platform apps with C#. It's pretty nice, since you just have to know C#.
