Challenge limit

When i try to play. "Challenge limit reached. Complete your ongoing challenges and try again." this massage show me. But why? And what is the limit of challenge? Please described about this.

Also there's a limit to you sending out challenges. At that point, you'll have to wait for your opponents to complete the challenge else you won't be able to send to anyone at all.

You can only challenge with a person 15 times in 24 hours, play with someone else or wait a day.
