% is more responsive as it adjusts to the screen dimensions while px uses pixels to determine size. assuming we are not using media queries, higher resolution screens will make everything used with px way smaller (since most designers target 480p and 720p screens) and screens with lower resolutions too big. In conclusion, % to be safe and responsive px if you know exactly what you want
