You may also be able to borrow one from a friend or go to a library or something where they have computers if you really want.

You can use a smart phone. Learn on the Sololearn mobile app, then download a supplement code writer, like Dcoder and practice. This is limiting but you can implement almost anything here just don't make it too heavy. So start from here. I hope this is helpful.

You could watch tutorial and formulate your own take on it by writing it, and they're a handful of online editors there but it'll just take a few extra care using a mobile device :)

Use a mobile phone, you can learn from SoloLearn and practice with useful tools like for example Dcode (text editor). Is the same as using a laptop. Best of luck😉

Zahra Ranjbarian Blue light Filter is available on Mobile Phone. If you want an extra layer, you could just buy one at phone store as a screen protector. Blue light Filter is the feature for protecting your eyes. So, mobile phone is not harmful for your eyes unless you not use blue light filter
