I'm currently confused which front-end framework should I learn!

Why are people so afraid to just jump in and learn both? It will only help you in the long run. There isn't any way to recommend one and then it be the wrong choice for your market. Also, trending frameworks don't always mean the best or the one you would prefer. If we all followed what was trending, we'd all be programming in Python. But that isn't even close to being the norm in my market for software development.
Just learn it and see which you prefer. It's the best way to become good at this.

I thought that framework makes sense when you work as a freelancer or at office condition. And faster or vice versa.

it really depends on the project as to which framework to use irregardless of which is currently trending it is which one will get the job done...
You can always Google the top trending as here are the top 10 for 2019 but what will be the top trenders in 2020 is the question 6 months ahead
