Can you make group projects on here?

I want to make a twitter/Facebook like platform on this app and I want to get some people to help me so would that be possible?

It is possible on GitHub, Bitbucket or something similar. Unfortunately, here two people can't change one project at the same time.

Not pretty sure you can make projects with group of people here...you can do that with GitHub
