Ritesh Chikhlonde newline is represented by character '\n' and belongs to a group of characters called whitespace. It is not an operator. Whitespace chars are \n - new line ' ' - space \t - tab \ - backslash \r - form feed and more. These chars can be represented by single chars (in ascii) or by multiple chars (in unicode)
