Why aren't there any CSS user vs. user challenges?

In Sololearn I mean

I guess HTML is more of a basic language, and people start learning HTML mostly.

For the same reason as there are no SQL challenges: because CSS is more of a "static" language, so there aren't really any good questions that don't include just muscle memory

Airree you could probably use the same classification for html but the challenge section is infested with html.
