There isn't anything like "the best programming language" because programming languages are not perfect.
Each language is better at something than the others. If you are trying to pick what languages to learn, you have to ask yourself what you want to use that language for.
Do you want to make websites? Learn HTML, CSS, JS, PHP.
Do you want to make games? I would suggest C++ or C#.
Do you want to code app? Your choice would be ReactNative, Java (Androids) or Swift/C-Objective (iPhone).
Do you want to learn a language that has easy syntax and is really powerful? Then go with Python!
