Which is the best place to code for learning html css and javascript together

I find it difficult to work with js html and css together when i am offline and working with notepad so please reccomend me a good idea

Yes it is good but it takes lot of downloading internal plugins

I mostly use Brackets, its really cool for web development but I think the best and most decorated IDE for multiple device development is the Microsoft Visual Studio
