As a undergraduate student, I am undertaking a Minor Project about detecting frauds that is taken place around the world using the credit or debit cards in online transactions....Will anyone please suggest me the best resources to learn the necessary and important tools or techniques related to this project, and also learn the basics of ML, AI and Data Science

This is not to discourage you,but you should not take help from others extensively apart from your project team members.as you are undergraduate student,if you really want to do this project properly,you need to do everything by yourself.you need to do research,learn things which are needed for project,write logic,implemet and test your solution.
My suggestion is start with basic things needed for your project,then build that basic working prototype into better one.
After all this work,credit will go to you only and you will have learned a lot.
