Which would be better for a beginner: XAMPP or WAMP ?

WAMP is only for Windows, while XAMPP is cross platform.
I prefer XAMPP over WAMP, I don't know why.

Both can use. I've downloaded Xampp yesterday. And the set up of Php, Apache, sql was successfull. You can also see videos on YouTube as I did.
