Full-Stack: how deep this goes

Question

I was researching for programming stuff in general like I always do to keep me up to date in the technology and put efforts in what I think worth. But a question came to my mind.
How deep is the knowledge of a full-stack developer?
I know enough to reduce it to "the person who can build a personal blog and a e-commerce".
But I think this developer should know more than this.
Know a little front-end, a little back-end, a little DevOps, data base... but how much is a little.
And how do you know you know enough when you don't realise what you don't know?

1.If you want to become you have to study hard
2.you have to master HTML,CSS,JavaScript,ruby,python,my SQL,and etc
3.if you want to make a blog you can buy domain or not
4.if you want deeply learn IT i suggest you should take college
