Literature for learning C++
How valid is old literature for learning C++? E.g. a book from 2005. Is the information in the book relevant or outdated?

Technology is moving fast. It would suck to learn obsolete techniques. Just my 2 cents...

in my opinion its ok for the basics. especially if that is all you have access too. if the book was from 1983 Id say find a newer one.
