What a person need to receives about RSA?

Perhaps my question wasn't clearly, but abridging, consider this case: I have created a RSA code and need to pass the keys for someone now. If I just want that this person send me encryption messages, what I would needa pass it: public key and phi(n) or only public key? Besides, how could I pass it case this person lives much far me? For example, I know that can send an e-mail, but if someone get to intercept it? Would I lost this key's security?

Thank you so much. Oh, and about RSA modulus (that I get after in p * q), do I need pass it too or no?
