Is it recommended to use SoloLearn certificates in a resume or LinkedIn?

Can we use SoloLearn certificates in a resume or LinkedIn as we do in other "professional" certificates?

Depends on the job. For a programming job, I would not, the wording (xyz completed c++ tutorial) sounds diminutive and could indicate that you're a novice.
If you're going for office jobs that aren't code-axed then yes, it gives a little extra to your curriculum.
