For avoiding misunderstoods machine learning is not just a trendy option like is used the last years. It is serious and hard occupation which needs years of studying and learning. It needs 2 things, if u want to develop games with it. Master a language first for games c#, Java, c++ and simultaneously learn a game framework unity, game maker studio or something similar. The second is to dedicate tons of hours of studying to use properly machine learning and build serious projects which use the fundamentas of machine learning. Thus, you will make your dream come true. As i said above you have extremely usefull free tools to help you. Internet, google, learning platforms (like sololearn) . You just need will and time. Ohhh i forgot the most important, you also need LUCK. Good luck my friends.

I was just trying to get into that myself! here is a video from youtube i think teaches the concept: https://youtu.be/cKxRvEZd3Mw its a series about machine learning and he teaches you how to create a machine learning function with three lines of code. Tensorflow and scikit are two libraries he used. also programming throwdown has a great podcast that could help with machine learning and difficulty settings https://player.fm/series/programming-throwdown/puzzle-games-with-mark-engelberg start at 51:45

/Actually you don't need to learn low level machine language to create AI or that type of stuff, you can use high level languages like python, java, c++, Easier then low level

If you don't mind complex code and many trials/generations of AI you probably want to look in to making a neural network.

If there is one place on sololearn to learn about machine learning, it's the code playground of data scientists Kuba : https://code.sololearn.com/W2nvcMqTRi4q/?ref=app

You will have to get too familiar with python first. Then follow this guy on his Youtube channel . He is really good YouTube · Siraj Raval PREVIEW 10:05 Learn Machine Learning in 3 Months (with curriculum) Mar 2, 2018

If you have watched FRIENDS, then you do remember that episode where Rachel mixed beef in the dessert on Thanksgiving. What you want to achieve is exactly like that. Or atleast your questions represents that. Now, coming back to your question. You cannot create a game like this. Atleast not now. What you can work on is to create a game using C# or C++ in unity. Then you need to create a reinforcement learning model whose goal is to understand how your game is to be played and how to win it. Now it's up to understand how to make it work. Good luck 😎

Don't want to disappoint you, but its not so simple. You have 2 choices, one you pay a college to teach you and second and better for me is becoming a freelancer game developer. The second one can be achieved by using some tools which are: Googly, youtube, online free lessons, sololearn, hackerank, ebooks, practise by yourself on a programming language, a lot of work. Now, you need about 5 years to just understand what machine learning is. Simultaneously you have to master a language with focusing in game development. Then you can begin making things.
