Wordpress plugin---->Quiz cat problem

Question

Hello solo learners, I'm using a quiz cat plugin to prepare quizzes for my students. The problem is, It can't render mathematics equations like Tex Math or MathML, i have tried several ways but still i stuck, and it really sucks....
I need your help guys!.

Rstar, thank you for sharing, i have checked the link, though i haven't been able to get much, maybe because i'm a newbie..

I forgot to mention, i installed jetpack and enable Beautiful math features, which works in other parts of my worpress like posts, but when i copy the same codes and paste them in quiz cat, it display that codes and not the expected math equation. If you don't mind, may you please check out the plugin and give it a try!!!
