Turn your "web" code (html, css, js) into an app

I apologize if it's been asked already but I looked and didnt find much. but I was curious if anyone has taken code fro. here or elsewhere and tried to develope an app out of it? Or to start with, is it even possible to create a functioning app using the html, css, js format? I'm new to all of this so just wanted to see everyone's thoughts/experiences. Thanks!

Try to google "PWA" or Progressive Web App.
It's not so difficult.
Think this is best way for you at the moment.
