Age is just a number, programming is just a tool

The sooner you start the better. Figuring out what you want to do in this life early gives you more opportunities to change your mind later. Life always seems to go by quicker when you're not paying attention.

Age is an abstract measure of time. Programming makes use of time but can offer many rewards in return.

It's never too late, it's only a matter of whether you're interested. Do you plan on learning by yourself?

Don't worry about that kind of stuff, I only got into programming at 19, and I have friends who did even later. Depending on your objective, you may have a long road ahead of you, but it's no big deal.

Fear not. you are definitely not too old. Besides, as you get older you learn differently: So there are some things you will grasp faster now than you would have if you had learned them younger. Good luck.
