But I'm unable to reach inkscape. got following error:
"This site can’t be reached
inkscape.org refused to connect."

prakash@softvars its not runing background, i think. It only download and instal programm for you

If you get error in inkscape download proces, try to use ninite.com.
There you can choice inscape, and maybe it will help you
