CSS Grid, Flexbox or Bootstrap 4 Grid in 2018?

Hello there! Sorry for my bad English. This is question is very important for me, because I am junior developer. I learn all this technology, but I don’t understand what is technology really actual on this time?

All of them are important. I'm currently working on a project other developers started and they've combined these 3 technologies with SCSS (Grid for a few sections like image galleries for example). So yeah I recommend studying them all 😊
