Is it a good idea to start a blog website on "www.glitch.com" or should I go for some free web hosting site?
Glitch.com is a platform which allows one to write HTML, CSS, Javascript, Node.Js code and publish it directly under a sub-domain of "glitch.me".

yes you can go throught www.nextcloud.com it is simple and easy to use just make folder and renaim it *public_html* and rename your html file to *index.html* and save in.open crome type bighome.com/~username
