I would suggest writing it down.
Find a notebook, write your codes in it. Whatever you write that way stays better(in your head of course). I'm only suggesting this for html. Try reading through the tutorial on w3schools and learn it in conjunction with css.

Do it! Practice a lot, search for everything you encounter and don't know: after a completed challenge, search w3schools for what you got wrong and build websites!
