i think react native is very nice for webdevelopers that want to develop portable native apps and it fits very nicely into the javascript everywhere doctrine.
its also really nice because you don‘t need a mac to develop for ios this way and can use expo to test you app on ios without buying a mac. its very useful for companies that have many webdevelopers and need to write an app that accompanies or complements their website
