Modular Programming is a style or technique of programming that says the codes should be categorized into boxes called modules. The reason to aid code readability, debugging and maintenance, to improve code structure(unlike us, in companies there are tons of people working on codes, some have not even being hired yet! So modular programming just says you know what let's make code easier to read, use and maintain by breaking the code down into modules(self contained codes) just like a building(code )and apartment(modules) distinct and unrelated, well sometimes related people and things within each apartment. That way when the new rent master comes he can understand the renting procedure
