Pre Nano-Degree thoughts

I'm going to begin the front end developer Nano-Degree on udacity soon. I'm confident in my html, css, and JavaScript basics. The Nano-Degree ends with react, i have 0 react experience. Should i study react for a few weeks before the Nano-Degree course so i am familiar with it before i start paying? Mathematically i can complete the course in just under 2 months, saving me loads of money, but if i get stuck on react, it could cost me a lot of money. Just looking for other opinions, thanks.

I do not know much about react but I do have experience with Udacity's Nanodegrees... I would say if you are in no rush, do some react first; I am all about saving money. You don't have to become an expert at react or even come close to that but maybe take a couple of weeks to get familiar with the basics of it... Alternatively, you can start the Nanodegree soon as you meant to and take advantage of your familiarity with HTML, CSS and JS to spend some time the first few weeks doing some react on the side. Good luck! ☺
