Does everyone use code playground, or what is a good windows program to practice in?

I thing that code playground is colorful when write an amount of codes! Code playground is the best.

1-code playground is good for small programs and as a beginner it's really helpful
2-It depends on the language you're using.
My opinion:
CPP -> code blocks
python -> pycharm
web -> notepad +
I don't know about the rest.

Code playground is very good place for practice and it's enable us to practice whenever we wish.
