It depends on your definition of good. I tend towards under estimating so think I'm good in 3 (C, C++, and Pascal.) However, I can code any thing I want in many more. I am currently teaching others C++, Java, and Kotlin.

Never learn more than two at the same time, and I recommend they are the same paradigm.

Many people can speak multiple languages, but to deep dive into a single language, you'll have to spend many years of deliberate practice.

One step at a time is the best move... Learning two highly similar languages at the same time is like dating identical twins at the same time. It's just not a good idea. So if you're already learning python, put c++ on hold. Or if the two languages you're learning use different scripts, all the better.
