How to use mysql with express (node js)

I want a detailed guide. plz help me out i tried some code its showing error.

thank u @maxcookmax i did the same but it is showing err.fatal:true in the terminal when i am starting the server.

thanx for show ing interest but when I replaced host with 127.0.0.1 instead of local host it worked fine but now I am having problem in loading css file in my local computer . it says 404 not found in console . i send u the code

I asked this in stack overflow they said that I never gave a try doing it and I was asking a sort of tutorial and till now no one answered my question. they also asked me to search my question in google rather than asking them. strange
