What type of guitar do you play?
As for how I manage that, I make the most out of my time each day and I spread a lot of it out. Time management is very important. I play my instruments for at least an hour after work, I meditate in the morning/night, and the other stuff I just fit in where it can get in.
I don't watch TV or do the whole social media stuff, so I have plenty of time to nerd out on the stuff I love. lol

I play Acoustic guitar !! I love Spanish guitar mostly, and classical Guitar pieces. I love reggaeton as well.
I used to meditate but stopped...
