Upload content with Dropbox to CodePlayground

It's normal to find in the Q&A section some questions like "How can I upload a file from my device?". And in the last days I've seen it with some regularity, so I decided to do a tutorial about how to use Dropbox to upload our content and then use it in CodePlayground. P.S: Sorry if my English at some time makes the tutorial difficult. I do not speak English natively and I usually have problems with it. https://code.sololearn.com/WW6t4B73kJVz
