Could you please clarify a bit more about #ifndef?How could be defined header file twice if we don't put #ifndef as we can't have two header files with the same names?

void method will not return any value but why do it will return a value when creating a variable inside the void method what does that mean a little bit confusing can you explain?? for example void set(int x)....

public static void main (string[ ] args) i have understood little bit that public means for whole method. static? void? main is a method which creates a string array named args. why the name args? please explain and correct if i am wrong?
