If output is correct and func is called acc to function overloading is used then why cout statement inside func isn't printed?

why am isn't the text size changing here if I use " font-size:10px" .. it works on PC... but it's not working here in this app .. why? is it due to compiler difference?

protected access specifier allows access to the super class(i.e., the class which is declared as protected) and provides access only to the first level of inheritance(i.e., the base class which is first derived from the protected super class).

Isn't this just a reoccurring function called from within itself until a particular set of conditions are met? I don't know it just seems like shorthand to me. Like a do-while loop. I am sure it could be used for more than just factorials.
