I'd go with HTML, since it is the basic structure of a website. Afterwards, I would learn JavaScript and CSS (Usually, as far as I have seen, people go from HTML to CSS, but I did JS after HTML, then CSS). Afterwards, jQuery is a good one to learn since it is a JavaScript library that makes JS more efficient. The other Web languages are PHP and SQL. However, before anything, I'd try to learn HTML, then JS and CSS. Good luck!
