It depends of you. I think that C is more difficult than C++, but I've learned C++ and no C...

C is easy and it is the best. It's mother of all the languages we see today. All the languages have been derived directly or indirectly from C.

C++ is harder to learn but easier to use. It has looots of features in the syntax and the standard library so learning all of them (at least the syntax) and what are their specifications is quite long but once learned you can use them easily. C is easier to learn but harder to use. It's syntax and standard libraries are lighter but you have to do lots of things by yourself and do not have much safeguards like in C++ to prevent you from doing silly mistakes.

C++ is a bit more complex then C because C++ has more then C in terms of code

C++ and C are mostly similar, but c++ involves learning more concepts (like oops), so, c++ is more difficult but c++ is more worth learning than C, as if you know C++ you can easily code in C as well.

c++= c + oop basically every language is equal to c plus something that something defines it. So C is the basics.
