Sqlite database input +1 from selected radiobutton?

Question

I want to insert a 1 value from selected radiobutton so here whats on my ui
There are 2 radiobutton and a button when the user select one radiobutton the radiobutton has a value of 1 and when the button is clicked it will proceed to another activity
