For html, github pages are pretty good as a free solution. Custom domains would also work if u own one.

And if ur application has backend, j suggest aws free tier (lambda functions). Aws is good anyway bc of how widely used it is in the industry.

Alternatively Vercel provides a free application.

When it comes to databases, aws offers free non-sql solution. And MangoDB is always a good option.
