which is the best place for programming in java,c++,c, python in PC?

This question is subjective and can't really have a definitive answer. People have different prefeneces about what editor they use depending on how they use it and what platform they are developing for.

For example, is you are using Java, for what are you using it for? A regular script, an Android app? Depending on that answer, there would be a different editor based on it.

VS code for all the languages you mentioned and for C and Cpp i suggest np++(Notepad++)
